Lesmora operates on an exchange-only policy. This means that we do not accept returns for refunds. However, we are happy to facilitate exchanges in the following situations:

Eligibility for Exchanges:

We accept exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Size exchange: If the item you received does not fit, we will exchange it for the correct size, subject to availability.
  • Color exchange: In the event that you received a different color than the one you ordered, we will exchange it for the correct color, subject to availability.
  • Defective or damaged items: If your product arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, we will replace it with a new item.
  • Style exchange: If you have changed your mind and wish to exchange your purchase for a different style, we will accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Timeframe for Exchanges:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 0-7 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Exchanges:

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received. This means:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, undergarments and inners are not eligible for exchange.
  • Personalized or customized items cannot be exchanged unless there is a defect or error in the customization.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or with a discount of 50% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
  • Each order can be exchanged only once .

How to Request an Exchange:

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the specific details of the item you'd like to exchange.
  • Our Customer Support team will guide you through the process, including return instructions and available replacement options.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to Lesmora for exchange, unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items to ensure they reach us safely.

Processing Time:

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-14 business days.
  • If the item you requested for exchange is out of stock, we will offer you the option of a similar item of equal value.

Terms & Conditions 

  • We do not provide cash refunds .
  • Please provide the original receipt or proof of purchases for all exchanges .
  • Once we receive the item , it will undergo an inspection. If approved , you'll be notified and the exchange process will commence.
  • Lesmora reserves the right to deny any exchange if the item does not meet our exchange policy criteria .
